- Assists the NKAM in managing administrative work and ensures alignment with overall business objectives
- Supports preparation of monitoring of Joint Business Plans
- Tracks and analyzes account monthly, quarterly and annual performance against sales KPIs
- Monitors weekly and monthly sales data, new product performance, identifies gaps & opportunities to maximize sell in and sell out performance.
- Prepares sales forecasts, business review reports for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Work closely with demand planning to ensure proper forecasting and stock availability.
- Tracks promotions & competitor activities and shares insights with NKAM for strategic action
- Liase with Shopper Marketing to ensure execution of promotional materials.
- Maintain customer master data, pricing updates are correctly.
- Two roles are available within this position, overseeing Watson & 7 11 or MDC Specialized DT
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Trade Marketing or Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data tools.
- Solid understanding of FMCG retail dynamics (modern trade preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
- High attention to details and strong ownership of tasks.
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
