Status (Full time/part time/contract): Full timeYOUR ROLE AS A MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALAYSISReview business performance with various local functions and the Group FinancePrepare monthly and quarterly business reports for Management and Group FinanceResponsible for the development of the business plan, forecast, and budget.Collect relevant information and provide financial data to the business owners for decision-making.Work with business partners to identify appropriate metrics to track and evaluate business performance (e.g., business cases, feasibility study, etc.).Provide strategic support in preparing the quarterly board and financial presentations for the top management.Providing insightful analytics on actual financial performance and how this compares with the latest forecast, budget, and last year's figures.Monitor the actual vs budget expenditures of each department and cooperate with them regarding the possible reasons for the variances. Give recommendations.Work closely with the accounting team on all accounting-related matters.WHO YOU ARE:Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field is typically required.Advanced Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a master’s degree in finance or a related field can be advantageous.Work Experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and management. This experience should include:Budgeting and forecasting
Financial modeling
Variance analysis
Financial reportingLeadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams or projects, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
