
Billing and Accounting Specialist

- Generate agency bill invoices.
- Process commission batches and corrections.
- Respond to billing-related inquiries.
- Check and update direct bill status.
- Follow up on invoices and cancellations.
- Willingness to work during the Graveyard shift (aligned with New York hours).
- US insurance agency/brokerage experience is required.
- Proficiency in using Applied Epic management system.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to speak Chinese or Korean (a strong advantage).
- Experience in managerial roles, including training and supervising staff.
- Work Set up: This role will begin as work-from-home and transition to a full-time onsite setup.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM NY Time
