- Process accounts payable transactions for multiple HOA clients
- Review, verify, and code invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Prepare and process vendor payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Handle utility payments for community facilities
- Process insurance payments and claims-related expenses
- Coordinate with property managers regarding emergency repairs and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with HOA budgets and spending guidelines
- Prepare monthly accounts payable reports for each managed community
- Assist with annual budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support external audits by providing requested documentation
- Respond to homeowner inquiries regarding community expenses
- Work closely with other accounting team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Regular Schedule: 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM Manila Time
- Daylight Saving Schedule: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Manila Time

- High School Diploma
- Advanced English skills (communication and writing)
