- Generating and analyzing reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help partners create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets.
- Ensuring completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
- Attending and representing the M&S Reporting Team during meetings for discussions of projects statuses, updates, and per business need.
- Implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate
- Performing quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS
- Handling various tasks and projects as they arise and upon Line Manager reques
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
- 3-5 years in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center, or related industry.
- Good communication skills for interacting with Marketing Directors/SI managers.
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Power BI (Developer background) - beginner to intermediate level (creating DAX measures, building dashboards
- Skills in Automation/Macro/SAP/SQL.
- Experience with market research data
