- Oversee the daily operations of all kiosks and QSRs within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and company standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve performance goals and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, including sales, profitability, OPEX, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and store visits (minimum twice a month) to ensure operational consistency and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to boost customer experience, loyalty, and service excellence.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure COGS remain at or below 32%.
- Oversee inventory management, minimizing waste while ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align strategies and execute promotions that drive growth.
- Represent the company at internal and external meetings, promoting a strong brand image.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the F&B, Retail, or QSR industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing multi-site teams.
- Solid financial management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to travel across Metro Manila for store visits and audits.
