Detailed Job Description PWP & Promo Activation Planning Develop, update, and maintain the rolling calendar of PWP offers Collaborate with Local and MY Purchasing Teams to propose high-demand PWP items, secure stock forecasts, and finalize pricing tiers Coordinate closely with Retail Trade Marketing, Digital and Creative Team for toolkit preparation (flyers, shelf talkers, visuals) Draft PWP mechanics, redemption rules, and disclaimers for Legal/Approver review Monitor campaign readiness per store, SKU arrival timing, and distribution rollout Consumer Moment Campaigns Plan quick-win, category-based activations tied to seasonal relevance Assist in conceptualizing simple, price-led offers that leverage household, hardware, or personal care triggers Support campaign brief development and creative asset routing with the Creatives team Post-Evaluation & Documentation Coordinate with Insights & Analytics team to collect campaign impact reports: redemption, promo sales lift, transaction volume Maintain a campaign tracker dashboard: mechanics used, campaign duration, SKU performance, learning summary Contribute to post-campaign documentation decks and share inputs during team calibration Required Competency & Qualifications Experience & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a similar field 3 to 5 years in campaign coordination, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or retail merchandising Background in retail, FMCG, or brand activations is a plus Familiar with promo mechanics such as bundle pricing, redemptions, and limited time offers Organized in handling promo calendars, SKUs, and toolkit deliverables Skilled in cross-team coordination with Creatives, Purchasing, RTM, Digital, and Insights Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven Comfortable juggling overlapping timelines and tasks Practical, collaborative, and quick adjust based on retail realities Proactive communicator across departments Show more Show less
