Position Responsibilities: Fulfill requests for Annual Contract Reviews (ACRs) from the Sales Administrator, providing both paper and PDF formats and ensuring all necessary information is obtained. Generate reports on the ICWeb system for the Sales Opportunity process based on requests from the field. Assist Regional Account Managers with Inforce Plan Information Requests by utilizing JH Websites and Mainframe Record keeping systems. Set up and manage PERA accounts, process allocations and disbursements, handle fees for Open Architecture, and produce PERA statements, while serving as a resource for related inquiries. Enhance department service quality and workflow by identifying barriers, monitoring trends, and suggesting improvements, alongside completing tasks assigned by the team leader. Required Qualifications: Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting. Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry , document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations. A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Amenable for fixed night shift.
