The ETC (Exchange Traded Content) Content Operations team is a global group maintains the ETI content. Ensure that relevant information is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner, together with successful project delivery.Job Description:Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining Exchange Traded data in Workspace, DataScope and other key products.
  • Provide quality management by implementing pro-active checking procedures on different asset classes covered by the exchanges.
  • Provide immediate troubleshooting procedures on problems that may arise when processing/updating Exchange Traded data and clear dissemination of workaround used.
  • Provide resolution to client queries and create preventative measure for issues that arise.
  • Ensure data are delivered meeting the required quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
  • Provide proper and timely communication of Exchange Traded information across different teams globally.
  • Work efficiently and effectively within team or by yourself, proactively identifying and resolving problems.
  • Support projects assigned by Manager.
  • Cultivate a learning and positive work environment.
