Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Position Summary The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting, maintaining, and restoring the health and well-being of employees through occupational health services, medical care, and health education. The role ensures compliance with DOLE's Occupational Safety and Health Standards, provides immediate medical assistance to employees and guests, and supports company-wide health and wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & First Aid Provide first aid treatment and basic life support to employees and guests in case of accidents or medical emergencies. Maintain and manage the company clinic, ensuring availability of necessary medical supplies, equipment, and medicines. Assist employees in securing referrals to hospitals or partner clinics when necessary. Occupational Health Services Monitor employees' health status and maintain updated medical records. Evaluate employees with health concerns and recommend fitness-to-work assessments. Health & Safety Compliance Assist in the implementation of the company's Safety and Health Program in compliance with DOLE requirements. Participate as a member of the Health and Safety Committee. Support in identifying workplace hazards and recommending preventive health and safety measures. Administrative & Reporting Keep accurate documentation of medical cases, treatments, and health-related incidents. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN). With a valid PRC license, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training is an advantage.
