Customer Success Data Analyst

- Extract and analyze data from our data warehouse to uncover insights that drive and improve key performance metrics for the Customer Success team
- Develop and implement operational programs and process improvements to optimize team efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, and Product Operations to operationalize initiatives and ensure smooth execution
- Monitor performance metrics and data trends regularly, providing actionable recommendations based on insights
- Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and design scalable, data-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer success, or a similar role
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
