- Supporting global Request for Information/ Quotation/ Proposal (RFx) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes with high-quality, timely responses.
- Maintaining and optimizing SimCorp One environments used throughout sales engagements.
- Managing and enriching knowledge and data assets across the organization to enable seamless collaboration and informed decision-making.
- Lead and manage a team of Proposal Consultants by providing clear operational and tactical direction to ensure successful delivery.
- Recruit and develop new talent in line with projected demand and growth expectations.
- Mentor, guide, and support the development of existing team members in accordance with SimCorp’s REAL Talk framework.
- Ensure that onboarding and training plans are current, comprehensive, and effectively executed.
- Facilitate business planning and reporting in close collaboration with the Head of Department.
- Own, establish, and enhance operational processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency with the objective to support the strategic growth ambitions of the Commercial Delivery Hub.
- Drive operational excellence by removing blockers and ensuring high‑quality, timely contributions to client requests.
- Guide and contribute to core delivery in the DDQ area, ensuring quality assurance through a robust and effective review process.
- Manage escalations proactively in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure accurate duty planning aligned with projected demand and team capacity.
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration with global stakeholders — including Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and other commercial teams — to ensure smooth coordination and impactful delivery.
- Own and drive the Knowledge and Content Management agenda in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that data structures and review processes are correctly designed, implemented, and maintained.
- Lead initiatives to automate workflows and leverage Artificial Intelligence to significantly reduce manual workload.
- Engage regularly with platform vendors to ensure that new features, enhancements, and best practices are actively incorporated and adopted.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions consulting, or sales support for enterprise software and services.
- A solid track record in overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of RFx or DDQ requests using standard tools and workflows, complemented by experience in effective knowledge and content management.
- Extensive leadership capabilities in recruiting, developing, and expanding high‑performing delivery teams.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for supporting a rapidly growing global commercial service, combined with sound business acumen.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proven capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Confidence in presenting and demonstrating solutions to diverse audiences.
