- Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and leads.
- Generate Leads, cold calling or sending emails to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to identify new opportunities and address concerns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally.
- Set and achieve specific business development targets and KPIs.
- Report on progress and outcomes to the Business Development Manager/Director.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 yrs work related experience in Sales
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
