Were looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help accelerate our growth and elevate our brand presence. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to create compelling content, run campaigns, and manage community engagement across channels. Write and produce long-form blog articles, short-form educational content, guides, whitepapers,lead magnets, infographics, image assets, and short videos. Social Media & Community (20%) Manage and grow our community via LinkedIn and other platforms Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor industry conversations Support brand positioning and thought leadership Assist with SEO efforts (link building, citations, keyword research) Monitor KPIs: CTRs, open rates, form fills, lead quality Track competitor and market trends in financial wellness and benefits tech Support lead generation efforts and campaign execution Maintain CRM hygiene and assist with campaign automation Event Support (10%) Coordinate logistics and promotion for webinars, virtual events, and field activations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in B2B content and/or growth marketing (fintech, SaaS, wellness, or insurtech is a must) Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, Notion, or LinkedIn Ads Excellent writing and communication skills-especially for a professional audience Analytical mindset able to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns Creative, self-starting, and resourceful Comfortable managing multiple projects in a startup environment A collaborative team player who thrives on impact and innovation Benefits Get paid what youre worth!
