Job Description Lead the alignment of business objectives with the employees and management in designated business units. Lead in the formulation of partnerships across the People team to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the company's objectives and strategy. Contribute to the overall business strategy by bringing in the aspect of human capital management and organizational change Lead and provide inputs to support the development of appropriate People strategies, policies, processes and systems based on the business requirements from the market Serve as a change enabler by providing proactive support for the market to plan and implement business transformations or other strategic organizational change programs Ensure proper updating and cascading to employees regarding the changes in the company policies Empower employee relationships through the collaboration with the People teams to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Responsible for presenting and positioning business needs strategically to secure buy-in from various senior stakeholders Synthesizes and effectively integrates multiple, diverse perspectives to arrive at optimal solutions for the organization Provides HR consulting and advisory to business leaders in the organization Requirements Graduate of Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, and other related courses Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated general HR experience ideally in finance/fintech industries Understanding of relevant regulations for the industry and design framework for the company to comply Well-versed with local legal employment conditions and local statutory regulations Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations Detail oriented and has excellent organisational skills Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management Capability to work in a multicultural environment is an advantage Show more Show less
