Job Summary: KDCI is seeking an experienced E-commerce Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and order management, with exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and have knowledge of E-commerce and Retail Account Services, Order Processing, and Claims.Responsibilities:Manage e-commerce orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service.Process wholesale and retail account orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.Assist with order processing and claims resolution as needed.Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
