- Spearheads territory planning and management to spot and close opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve revenue growth
- Maintaining and manage a healthy sales pipeline from strategic marketing and leads generation
- Monitors status of business proposals and provides direction to close internal and external dependencies and identifies process enhancements if necessary
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and penetration of new markets
- Develop negotiation strategies and positions aligned with company strategies and operations
- Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities
- Execute tactical plans to meet and exceed growth sales targets
- Acquire new clients and new business through effective sales pitches and presentations
- Forms strategic partnerships with C-level decision-makers to influence and promote sales
- Develop strategies to address under-performance and compliance failure, including the application of contract terms
- Actively supports and engages with experts and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements are identified through review and benchmarking processes
- Performs tasks that may be assigned by management

- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Has in-depth industry/market knowledge and network
- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities and closing top-tier accounts
- Excellent sense of business acumen and P&L knowledge
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, channel sales and key accounts
- Proficiency and strong familiarity with modern marketing practices
