Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and renderings for real estate projects from interiors and exteriors to full environments.
Work closely with Project Managers, the Head of Production, and fellow artists to align with project timelines and creative vision.
Attend regular project meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and upcoming deliverables.
Build storyboards and pre-visualizations to showcase real estate concepts in engaging, client-ready formats.
Visualize architectural plans and bring floor plans, buildings, and communities to life.
Maintain a high level of detail and realism in every asset, from materials to lighting and atmosphere.
Troubleshoot technical and artistic issues as they arise during production.
Take on additional creative tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Head of Operations.
