As we continue to scale, we are seeking a driven and fluent English-speaking Sales Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) to help us book qualified meetings for our internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
- Clearly present DrHouse's services, including virtual care and prescription delivery
- Schedule qualified meetings directly with interested leads
- Handle objections professionally and guide conversations with confidence
- Follow a structured script while adapting to individual leads
- Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven
- Strong time management and self-discipline in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
