- Drive sales growth by acquiring new group accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and optimize results accordingly.
- Collaborate and supervise sales teams and support services, ensuring efficient operations and effective collaboration.
- Assist in various tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor, including conducting orientation sessions across all organizational levels, representing Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and clients, confidently addressing inquiries about policy provisions, negotiating on behalf of our client, handling rejections professionally, and persistently pursuing account closures.
- Communicate and engage with stakeholders in a professional manner.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the life insurance business (administration/sales).
- Experience in supervisory roles or management positions.
- Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree, particularly in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields, are preferred.
