- Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and remuneration adjustments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare renewal notes, issue certificates of currency, and maintain client records in OrganiseIT.
- Bind policies, lodge and follow up on claims, and ensure smooth end-to-end support for the broking team.
- Manage debtor tracking, remuneration declarations, and provide general administrative support as required.
- Meet time-sensitive KPIs while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Minimum 2- 3 years' experience in a similar role within a professional, fast-paced office environment preferably in the insurance brokerage space.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital and admin tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with strong personal presentation.
