This is your chance to take the next step in your career with our client by joining the team in Manila as a Broker Support!ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the first 3 months, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila time.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and remuneration adjustments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare renewal notes, issue certificates of currency, and maintain client records in OrganiseIT.
  • Bind policies, lodge and follow up on claims, and ensure smooth end-to-end support for the broking team.
  • Manage debtor tracking, remuneration declarations, and provide general administrative support as required.
  • Meet time-sensitive KPIs while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2- 3 years' experience in a similar role within a professional, fast-paced office environment preferably in the insurance brokerage space.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital and admin tools.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with strong personal presentation.
