We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project—from the initial conceptual sketches to overseeing the final construction. Your mission is to create spaces that aren't just visually stunning, but are structurally sound, safe, and fully compliant with all local regulations.Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning: Conceptualize and develop detailed blueprints for buildings and structures that balance aesthetic vision with practical functionality.
Technical Oversight: Ensure all designs meet safety standards, building codes, and zoning regulations.
Project Management: Oversee construction progress to ensure the build aligns with the original design intent and quality standards.
Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure a seamless workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Software Proficiency: * AutoCAD: Expert-level precision for 2D drafting and technical detailing.

SketchUp: Ability to create 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel (for budgeting/schedules), and Outlook.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of structural integrity, sustainable design practices, and construction materials.
Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with local building codes and the permit application process.
