- Drive broiler and layer feed growth across B2B and B2C.
- Lead product launches, seminars, digital strategy, activations.
- Oversee feed line lifecycle and localized campaign execution.
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing strategies and product plans for broiler, layer, free-range chicken, duck, and duck layer feeds.
- Lead new product development (NPD), reformulations, and performance optimization in collaboration with R&D and Technical Services.
- Monitor product performance through field feedback, trial results, and sales data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure product readiness, availability, pricing, and alignment with market demand.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and farmer behavior analysis to guide product positioning.
- Lead company participation in poultry-related industry events and trade expos:
- Coordinate with event organizers, booth fabricators, and global brand experience teams.
- Draft event project briefs, prepare booth guidelines, and conduct pre-event briefings for internal team members.
- Ensure event messaging and branding align with strategic poultry product goals.
- Manage and monitor poultry-related social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) :
- Create content calendars with the digital team/third party agency and execute targeted campaigns (e.g., feeding tips, farmer stories, promo teasers).
- Monitor post engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and provide insights to refine future campaigns.
- Support implementation of technical seminars, training events, and promotional campaigns in coordination with technical department/technical managers.

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in poultry and/or animal health space in terms of product and brand management.
- Commercial sales experience with good commercial acumen is highly preferred.
- Willing to travel within Philippines for about 30-50% of the time.
- Strong technical knowledge in poultry production.
