- Client Relationship & Revenue Ownership
- Manage a portfolio of 10–20 client accounts, owning retention, expansion revenue, and overall account health.
- Lead structured weekly client strategy calls, providing insights, recommendations, and clear action plans.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities including additional campaigns, new use cases, and service upgrades.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, CROs, and revenue leaders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Campaign Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze outbound campaign performance data including reply rates, sequencing performance, deliverability signals, and targeting effectiveness.
- Translate performance insights into clear recommendations to improve campaign outcomes and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with clients on ICP refinement, messaging strategy, and outbound sequencing improvements.
- Review campaign performance between client calls and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Revenue Operations & Technology Use
- Work daily in tools such as HubSpot and Airtable to review campaign performance, track account health, and manage documentation.
- Coordinate with internal execution teams to implement campaign changes and client requests.
- Use AI tools such as Claude or similar AI assistants for call preparation, data synthesis, strategy analysis, and communication.
- Maintain accurate account documentation including campaign status, health metrics, and expansion signals.
- Client Onboarding & Development
- Lead onboarding for new clients and establish clear operational workflows and communication cadence.
- Run strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews focused on business outcomes and revenue goals.
- Help clients evolve their outbound strategies and adopt more advanced revenue generation approaches over time.
- Must Have
- Proven experience managing client relationships in an agency or consultancy environment.
- Track record of owning client revenue outcomes, including retention, expansion, or Net Revenue Retention metrics.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, demand generation, or pipeline development strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and operational tools such as HubSpot and Airtable.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into daily workflows (e.g., research, analysis, strategy development, communication).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently advise senior stakeholders such as founders, CROs, and sales leaders.
- Comfortable working in a remote, global environment with distributed teams.

- Experience with outbound sales tools or automation platforms.
- Exposure to revenue operations, growth analytics, or sales strategy consulting.
- Experience supporting international clients across multiple markets.
- Previous involvement in building client success processes or playbooks.
