You will play a critical role in shaping the company's global data infrastructure to support complex healthcare and benefits data systems. Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Philippines Work Setup: Hybrid (Combination of Office and Remote) Shift: EMEA and US shifts What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end data architecture initiatives focused on healthcare and benefits systems Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, DevOps, and Analytics specialists, to develop and maintain a scalable, secure global data platform Design and optimize data models, data warehouses, and big data systems for high concurrency and transactional workloads Drive efficient data management practices that empower enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making Assess and enhance existing database structures, improving performance and scalability Core Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions using a broad suite of Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, SQL Database, and Data Lake Storage Create evolutionary and convergent data models that unify data assets into a cohesive global platform Ensure rigorous data security and governance compliance aligned with Azure standards Support complex reporting and business intelligence needs through optimized, high-performance data solutions Participate actively in Agile Scrum teams, including collaboration with geographically distributed team members Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, promoting knowledge sharing and process clarity Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration Deep expertise with Azure Cloud services including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, SQL Database, and Data Lake Storage Proven experience in implementing data security and governance practices within Azure environments Strong skills in database design, data modeling, and database performance tuning Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is highly preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric platform is an advantage Experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure Data Catalogue, Azure Data Share, Azure Key Vault, and encryption/masking/anonymization tools Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and legal risks related to data usage Demonstrated ability to develop robust data solutions for business intelligence and reporting Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology with distributed, multicultural teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and engaging stakeholders
