Location: Taguig/Hybrid

We’re looking for a Application Operations Support who is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components.Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices by researching and proposing innovative solutions.Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.QualificationsProficient in batch job management using File Transfer/Feedhub systems, AutoSys, and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for efficient job scheduling and monitoring.Experienced in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, and Azure Databricks for data processing and integration.Strong working knowledge of Linux environments for system operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Skilled in scripting and automation using Bash, enabling efficient task automation and process improvement.Hands-on experience with ticketing and IT service management using ServiceNow for incident tracking, request handling, and workflow coordination.What We Offer
