Taskparent, a company that provides staffing, recruitment, and process development for One Bed, a leading online retailer for luxury, easy-to-use, and uniquely functional bedding products, is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist (should be based ANYWHERE in the PHILIPPINES ONLY) to join its growing team. You will play a crucial role in representing the One Bed brand and ensuring that One Bed customers receive a best-in-class experience. Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries via ticket, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner Providing pre-sales assistance and guiding customers through the buying process Managing orders, tracking shipments, and addressing issues related to logistics Handling product returns, exchanges, and refunds Interact with Shopify, shipping SaaS provider, and other SaaS providers to service new and current customers Collaborating with other teams such as sales, marketing, and product to streamline customer support processes Identifying and resolving customer satisfaction issues and escalating complex problems to management Assist in building processes, task procedures, and training materials as required Participate in upskilling and/or cross-skilling activities Assist in conducting market research and updating the product knowledge base Other tasks as required by the immediate or reporting manager from time to time Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in customer support or related roles in a BPO or in a direct client hire setting where English is the primary language used Excellent written and spoken communication in the English language Experience and expertise in logistics, inventory management, and store management is highly desirable Proficiency and ability to learn software quickly, such as Microsoft Office / Google Tools (Docs/Word, Excel/Sheets) With own computer, either desktop or laptop. Required minimum technical specifications: Intel i5 Processor or equivalent, 4GB RAM, webcam, and audio capability for tasks involving voice like calls, meetings, etc Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum of 50 MBPS service subscription plan Strong typing speed, 55/60+ typing speed highly desirable. Must submit typing test certificate Strong E-commerce background highly recommended. Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, online chat, Slack, and other tools highly desirable Must be able to work for a minimum of 40 hours per week, or 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, not including unpaid breaks during shifts Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated good interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to remain calm and patient in a fast-paced, remote environment A passion for providing exceptional customer service and support Ability to work with minimal supervision Desire for a long-term position and career Benefits Up to a maximum of $1,150 monthly (Depending on experience) Annual performance merit review Full-remote work.
