Phone Sales and Support Representative (Outbound)

• The Warm Welcome: Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them to the brand and introduce them to additional products they’ll love.
• Closing the Deal: Take inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support & Billing: Act as a helpful guide for basic billing inquiries and account questions.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Navigate daily tasks using Aloware (Phone), HelpScout (Email), CheckoutChamp (CRM), and the standard Google/Microsoft suites.

• An Experienced Pro: You have 2+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets.
• A Communicator: Your English communication and customer service skills are top-tier.
