What you'll do:As an Accounting Specialist, you will help manage all forms of financial accounts within Monde Nissin. You'll keep accurate records of our accounts payable/ accounts receivable, ensuring that invoices are paid where necessary, and that clients pay invoices as required. You will prepare and analyze accounting records and other financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformance to BIR and Accounting guidelines; You'll also conduct accounting/financial analysis as needed. You may be assigned to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables.

Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to Monde Nissin
Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to Leads.
Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis.
Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary.
Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities.
Manage client accounts and payment schedules

Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
Has strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, conscientious, and willing to extend working hours if needed
Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Can work independently and without supervision when required
