- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for management review.
- Stay updated on the company’s products and services, understanding their features and benefits to better serve clients and partners.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and contract management.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a coordinated approach to client management.
- Attend daily check-in and check-out meetings, as well as weekly reviews and planning meetings with the sales team.
- Proven work experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in the Motorcycle or Automotive industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent English written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest technical software and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp and Notion).
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
