Warehouse man (m/f/x)

• Organize and maintain the warehouse stock area, ensuring proper placement and protection of materials to prevent damage and optimize space

• Assist in shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, and issuing of materials, consumables, tools, and spare parts for workshop and project site requests

• Prepare and manage documentation such as waybills, stock replenishment slips, and Material Receiving Reports (MRR); allocate bin locations and tags for new items

• Support project sites by ensuring timely delivery and distribution of requested items; verify incoming stock and prepare orders accordingly

• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and procedures; participate in year-end inventory and perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

• Possess basic knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory using SAP and other digital systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock, preparing orders, and maintaining records
• Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
