- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads and Meta campaigns targeting B2B audiences
- Continuously improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) through testing, optimisation, and data analysis
- Implement SEO strategies including keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Optimise the full marketing funnel from click through to conversion
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Monitor performance metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Produce clear, structured reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging, targeting, and positioning
- Have proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (lead generation focused)
- Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta advertising
- Have strong understanding of B2B lead generation funnels
- Have experience improving Cost Per Lead (CPL) and campaign ROI
- Are highly analytical and confident interpreting marketing performance data
- Have experience in SEO optimisation and keyword research
- Are comfortable owning end-to-end campaign performance
- Experience working with B2B or technology services companies
- Familiarity with landing page builders or CMS platforms
- Basic design capability (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Experience running conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and funnel tracking
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday
- Remote role aligned with Australian business hours
