- Responsible for the overseeing a team in achieving sales targets and overall metrics
- Assist the Operations Customer Contact Manager in overall day to day operations through an effective monitoring and management of team performance
- Ensure consistent quality and productivity across channels (call, email, chat, etc.) to add maximum value for advertisers. Ensure consistent performance according to the relevant service level metrics or revenue/funnel goals.
- Ensure quarterly strategy as well as monthly and weekly priorities are understood and adhered to by agents through effective communications
- Proactively share existing bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact on operations to allow appropriate prioritization.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Customer Service Level Agreements and departments product s key performance requirements.
- Able to clearly outline current performance drivers of their market and actions to improve.

- Bachelors degree holder
- Must have at least 3 years BPO experience, of which 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- At least 1 year Sales account experience (upselling, cross-selling, online sales, or telemarketing)
- Experience in training, coaching, and motivating team members
- Willing to be assigned in Cubao, QC
