As part of the Assembly Engineering team, entry-level engineers will support key projects focused on process and cost improvement. They will work closely with experienced mentors, gain hands-on experience in production operations, and develop core engineering skills while contributing to high-impact initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and cost.Responsibilities:RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support project-specific initiatives such as establish standard process for SPC1 and SPC2.
Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve process stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities

Qualifications:QUALIFICATION:

BS Engineer
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
