Job Description: Strategic Growth & Commercial Optimization: Identify market pain points and growth opportunities by analyzing sales trends, category performance, and buyer behavior to develop and execute high-impact commercial strategies. Advanced Performance Analytics: Own the design and maintenance of sophisticated dashboards and forecasting models in Excel/Google Sheets to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as orders, revenue, and marketing ROI. Cross-Functional Initiative Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to lead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring the implementation of strategic solutions to real-time business issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, business analytics, or marketing Advanced ability in Excel/ Google Sheets to build automated workflows, complex performance trackers, and conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
