About the role The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for leading on all Supplier Chain workstream deliverables associated with new client implementations, expansions of existing regional and global MSP Programs, leading on strategic projects and offering consultative guidance to the MSP program teams. Oversee the complete implementation, including the design, execution and closeout while ensuring the proper handoff to the Supplier Operations Center of Excellence Team to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved on time, within the scope and budget to maximize supplier advocacy. The Supply Chain Associate ensures that Supply Chain processes are efficient and support Pontoon's objectives, and that all materials used across the SCM team is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent with the Global Supply Chain Strategy, while taking regional distinctions into account. Additionally, the position leads projects and initiatives related to Supply Chain priorities, assumes accountability for regional deliverables, ensures alignment with global strategies, facilitates the sharing of best practices, and maintains effective communication with regional counterparts and the entire Supplier Management team. Collaboration between the Supply Chain Associate and the Supplier Operations Centre of Excellence will ensure your success when delivering. The Supply Chain Associate will provide consistent supplier approach to program teams and the supply chain in order to effectively manage and optimize the programs. The role will deliver high-quality, innovative and cost-effective methodologies to support our clients while taking into consideration the engagement/performance of suppliers . About youEDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCEREQUIREMEN TS:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience requir ed.At least four (4) years of professional experience, including two (3) years in global MSP rol es with documented progressive responsibilities.
