Qualifications: Must be a college graduate preferably Must have at least 2 years Recruitment / Sourcing experience in a BPO Must have an experience in handling sourcing channels such Digital, Referral Program, Vendor Management, and External Partnerships Must be knowledgeable in MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience in handling stakeholders and BU management is an advantage Must be willing to be assigned in QC and amenable to work onsite daily Must be willing to work in shifts, holiday, and weekends
