As an Operations Manager for Healthcare Services, you will be part of an innovative cross-functional team working to transform the delivery of patient care services in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This strategy and execution-focused role blends people management, systems thinking, and service innovation to lead and grow our healthcare service delivery verticals, starting with Teleconsults, Annual Physical Exams (APEs), and Onsite Medical Services.You will play a key leadership role in shaping our operations team, improving efficiency and quality, and building scalable processes as Hive expands into more healthcare services over time. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Hive leadership to develop and manage healthcare provider relationships, facilitate differentiated patient care experience, and provide direct input into product feature improvements.Responsibilities1. Lead & Optimize Current Service LinesOversee daily operations for teleconsults, APEs, and vaccinations, ensuring SLAs, quality, and cost-efficiency are metWork with teams to align operational workflows with medical standardsManage schedules, workforce planning, and process improvements across verticalsMonitor performance metrics and resolve bottlenecks using data2. Drive Strategic GrowthIdentify opportunities to scale existing services or launch new offeringsBuild operational processes, run pilots, and operationalize new services in collaboration with product and leadershipProactively assess risks and develop mitigation plans as the service portfolio expands3. People & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor a growing team of coordinators and specialistsBuild strong relationships with external healthcare providers and internal stakeholdersEnsure alignment between operational goals and company objectives4. Systems Thinking & Process DevelopmentBuild and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocolsRecommend tools and automation to improve turnaround time, visibility, and qualityMaintain feedback loops from patients, doctors, and CS teams for continuous improvementQualifications3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or tech-enabled service delivery, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead roleStrong analytical and process-thinking skillsProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholdersCreative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunitiesCurious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentPassion for innovation in healthcareBonus: Background in telehealth, diagnostics, or clinical workflow designJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines-and beyond!✨ Day 1 benefits for full-time employees - because we practice what we preach!
