- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Australian Mortgage Broking.
- Experience in using LoanMarket CRM (MyCRM/ApplyOnline/LoanApp/Simpology)
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is vital
- Great customer service skills
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, reviews, and loan maintenance.
- Provide prompt and committed support to Brokers as required and direct new loan prospects to brokers.
- Continuously update your knowledge of accredited lenders' products & policies through regular training.
- Actively share your expertise and foster learning through engaging training for new and existing staff. Be ready to provide insightful and positive training when needed.
- Promptly responding to client enquiries, addressing clients' reviews, and ensuring efficient loan maintenance.
- Providing general reception duties such as answering phones and managing the inbox, as well as offering other general operational support.
- Responsibilities include managing progress draws, updating interest rates, handling social media, general marketing, and organizing client gifts.
