- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical files.
- Prepare, organize, and manage HR documents such as clearance forms and memos.
- Assist in processing requests such as Certificates of Employment (COE) and other HR-related documents.
- Support the onboarding process by compiling pre-employment requirements, preparing welcome kits, and updating onboarding trackers.
- Conducts online and/or face-to-face New Hire Orientation for newly-hired employees.
- Handle offboarding administrative requirements, including clearance processing and collection of company assets.
- Monitor HR email inbox and route employee concerns or requests to the appropriate team members.
- Track employee benefits and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support HR reporting by consolidating data and preparing regular administrative reports.
- Ensure HR files and documentation comply with data privacy and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with PESO for compliance requirements and participate in job fairs or related activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace, and Canva.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
