Support in all areasHere is who would be a great fit for our team!We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience & Process Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in enhancing our customers' experiences and optimizing our internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of customer journey management, and a strong ability to streamline and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. US Credit Knowledge helpful but not required!
  • So, what will you be doing?
Customer Account Management:-Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.-Onboard new customers, guiding them through setup and ensuring smooth adoption of our services.-Monitor client progress, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues.-Track account performance, provide updates, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.-Document client feedback to inform service improvements and process updates.Process Creation & Optimization:-Collaborate with leadership to design, document, and implement internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).-Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in client servicing and recommend solutions.-Create templates, workflows, and checklists that standardize best practices for account management and service delivery.-Support training and onboarding of new staff by providing updated process guides.-Partner with operations to ensure processes scale as the business grows.If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, we are excited to meet you!
