JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for designing marketing materials, logos, and awareness campaigns, preparing final artworks, and coordinating with suppliers, design agencies, and the Project Development and Design Group for render and animation development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design & Branding: Develop logos for new projects and campaigns. Marketing Collaterals: Designs marketing collaterals for ATL and BTL campaigns and promotional. Final Artwork (FA) Preparation: Convert approved designs into final production-ready files. Supplier & Agency Coordination: Work with suppliers and partner design agencies to ensure quality and timely production of materials. Project File Management: Collaborate with the Project Development and Design Group for render and animation development. Team Collaboration: Follow directives from the Assistant Creative Manager/Manager and align designs with overall marketing strategies. QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in graphic design, preferably in property development or real estate (but not required). Creativity & Initiative: Must be detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of producing visually appealing designs. Teamwork & Adaptability: A strong team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication, with good presentation and facilitation skills.
