Job Summary Acts as management's principal assistant and consultant in the development of HSE programs to prevent accidents, eliminate hazards from workplace, and correct unsafe practices, while ensuring compliance to all health and safety reporting, regulatory and statutory requirements. Job Description Reports to the Cluster Safety Manager on all HSE matters. Advises on and updates health and safety policies, standards, and objectives. Ensures compliance with statutory HSE reporting and regulatory requirements. Supports government inspections, investigations, and related programs. Performs duties per DOLE OSH Standards (Rule 1040, DO 252). Implements OHS programs to prevent accidents and fatalities. Conducts risk assessments, HIRAC reviews, and accident investigations. Leads HSE training, orientations, and safety committee reporting. Represents the company in safety affiliations and conferences. Provides OSH consultancy and supports continuous improvement. Maintains OSH compliance databases and KPIs. Conducts regular site inspections and audits for OSH compliance. Job Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. DOLE Certified Safety Officer 3 or higher. At least 5 years' experience in OSH systems and standards. Proficient in RA 11058 and its IRR. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in managing teams and driving safety initiatives. Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Supports inclusive work environments and effective project management.
