The Job: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating service interactions, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving continuous improvement in performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong evaluation skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support service excellence. We are looking for individuals that want to join us for the long term, and work for us for at least 2 years. Working Hours: You will be working around 40-48 hours per week.
