This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.You will be responsible for the full performance of the Personal Training business:From trainer productivity and sales strategy to client retention and operational compliance. You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world-class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs.Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal TrainersSales Execution: Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targetsClient Retention: Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategiesOperational Compliance: Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standardsPerformance Monitoring: Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfactionYou Are:
- An experienced fitness leader or Fitness Manager (2+ years)
