Reason for hiringThere is one general affairs manager who will retire soon, so the company wants to hire a manager who can take on the duties later.As a General Affairs and Finance Manager, you will serve as a generalist leader overseeing multiple back-office functions essential to the company's day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability. This role requires someone with broad, cross-functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Resources, General Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Labor Compliance.The ideal candidate is not a specialist in one area, but rather a well-rounded professional who understands how these departments interact and who can coordinate them efficiently to support the companys business goals.Key Responsibilities:General Management & Coordination
  • Oversee and coordinate all corporate service departments to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison between local operations and ROHM Group headquarters for all corporate services matters.
  • Implement, monitor, and improve administrative and operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide integrated solutions across HR, Finance, and Admin to improve organizational efficiency.
Human Resources (HR)
  • Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, training, and development.
  • Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance review systems.
General Administration
  • Ensure efficient office and facility management, including procurement, supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
  • Oversee contracts, vendor relations, and company asset management.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
Accounting & Finance
  • Oversee general accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies (e.g., BIR) for statutory reporting and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll, expense disbursements, and internal financial controls.
Labor Relations
  • Manage labor compliance and represent the company in interactions with DOLE and other regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor workplace discipline and handle labor disputes, grievance procedures, and employee concerns.
  • Keep management informed of changes in labor law and ensure proactive policy updates
