- Oversee and coordinate all corporate service departments to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between local operations and ROHM Group headquarters for all corporate services matters.
- Implement, monitor, and improve administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- Provide integrated solutions across HR, Finance, and Admin to improve organizational efficiency.
- Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, training, and development.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance review systems.
- Ensure efficient office and facility management, including procurement, supplies, utilities, and maintenance.
- Oversee contracts, vendor relations, and company asset management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
- Oversee general accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies (e.g., BIR) for statutory reporting and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll, expense disbursements, and internal financial controls.
- Manage labor compliance and represent the company in interactions with DOLE and other regulatory agencies.
- Monitor workplace discipline and handle labor disputes, grievance procedures, and employee concerns.
- Keep management informed of changes in labor law and ensure proactive policy updates
