We are listed on the Nasdaq and Johannesburg Stock Exchange.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processingProcess and schedule supplier payments and payment arrangements through online banking systems in accordance with company procedures.Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and timely resolution of discrepancies.Maintain and update supplier records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all vendor details.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.Ensure compliance with tax requirements and assist in the preparation of tax returns, where requiredSupport month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes and enhance system efficiency.RequirementsDegree in Accountancy, Finance or any related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft excel with very good analytical skillsPossess initiative, willingness to learnIndependent and meticulousCan-do attitude and a team playerGood communication skills
