- Drive sales and business growth within the Service Provider segment.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams such as Solution Architects and Consulting Engineers to deliver comprehensive Cisco solutions.
- Identify customer needs and position Cisco products and services to meet those needs effectively.
- Lead presales activities including scoping, proposal development, and value positioning of Cisco solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their market and industry to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
- Own the sales process for assigned accounts within the Service Provider segment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning and forecasting to meet business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies and industry trends relevant to Service Providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco Customer Experience (CX) teams and customer stakeholders.
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team success.
- Extensive experience in sales within the Service Provider or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and solutions relevant to Service Providers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
