Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Customer Care!In this role, you provide an outstanding experience by taking inbound calls from customers, brokers, financial planners and employers and adding value to each interaction by understanding their needs and delivering the best service.ResponsibilitiesAchieve key performance metrics, including customer advocacy via CSat and First Contact ResolutionBe passionate about finding new and innovate ways to provide an outstanding customer experienceDevelop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services including legislation, financial services industry, and organizational environmentConfidently navigate and source information from multiple internal systems and reference materialsCommunicate in a manner that can easily be understoodQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsPrevious experience of providing outstanding customer service in banking and financial services industryConfidence with using different types of technologyThe ability to take ownership and solve customer enquiriesExperience in identifying sales and customer retention opportunitiesPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and create positive experiencesWork collaboratively with others and be able to communicate clearlyDemonstrate a level of commercial understanding of how the business works and what part your role contributes to the success of the broader organizationDemonstrate resilience and agility by responding constructively to change, ambiguity and complexitySeek to understand change and experiment to find alternative solutionsDisplay a willingness to do things differently in response to changeMotivated to achieve targets and work in a busy and structured environmentWhy join Genpact?
