- Play the role of a “Junior Inside Account Manager” and/or “Junior Inside Account Specialist”
- Implement and execute high-velocity sales process through high volume calls and email outreach, account penetration, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and solution-based selling
- Generate and convert sales opportunities from select products within the Aptean installed base by utilizing all provided channels of communication to contact and reach prospects and clients
- Hunting prospects and leads, and/or generating a sales pipeline of former customers to win their business back and/or new logo customers
- Manage an end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deal
- Maintain growth and retention of the assigned client account portfolio
- Ensure that all communications with prospects and clients are documented in the CRM
- Follow up and maintain urgency on inbound leads to convert to sales opportunities and wins
- Identify, build, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
- Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of client’s requirements
- Contribute to overall sales revenue by consistently hitting sales target
- Familiarity in high velocity sales environment
- A go-getter with the ability to aggressively hunt, close deals, maintain client relationships, and sell wide and deep within assigned accounts
- Knowledge and experience with business growth techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, challenger and value selling, and closing deals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using English language
- Great team player with a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work and be motivated independently
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with using Salesforce and other CRM is an advantage
